Allison Harden

MS, CPFS, NCPRSS, RCPF

Family Coach

Allison Harden’s personal recovery journey began in 1987 and led her to employment roles in Community Outreach at the Betty Ford Center and the Center for Dependency Addiction and Rehabilitation (CeDAR). She has a Master of Science from the University of Denver in Organizational Leadership. Her education along with her lived experience inspired her to open Beyond Betty, where she supports individuals, families, and organizations in addiction and recovery support services. Services include clinical interventions, care navigation, recovery coaching, peer support supervision, and facilitation of continuing education training for the peer support workforce.

She holds the Colorado Peer and Family Specialist credential (CPFS), the National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist credential (NCPRSS), and the Recovery Coach Professional Facilitator (RCPF).  Allison’s experience has shown her that peer recovery coaching and peer support is an asset for those individuals and family members desiring a long-term life in recovery. In her free time, she enjoys camping with her husband as often as they can hitch up their trailer. She is an avid yogi, enjoys all the arts, and loves her two adult children with all of her heart.
